Fancy Feet Dance Studios need design and printing for their annual dance recital yearbook. In addition to designing the cover each year, layouts for 190 pages, organizing and retouching over 500 photos, I work closely with the editor, photographer and printer to produce a professional book for the event.
SURFLIGHT THEATRE PLAYBILLS
5½"x8½" 4/4, 56 pages, saddlestitched
I've been designing playbills for the regional New Jersey shore venue Surflight Theatre for over 15 years. Working closely with a theatre brings its own challenges, such as last minute edits, changes to the program that come in late, advertisers that must be included at the last minute, and the like. Because of this, I make myself available 24/7 during the theatre's season. Surflight knows they can rely on me to be available at any time for quick turnaround.
JEWISH STYLE CELEBRATION
8½" x 11" 4/4, 40 pages, perfect bound
The editor of Jewish Style Celebration requested a redesign of the formerly half size publication to 8½"x11." The redesign was tailored to its audience of both entertainment vendors and those who needed their services for celebrations, such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs and sweet 16s. We designed many of the ads and all of the editorial pages.
POCONO FAMILY MAGAZINE
8½" x 11" 4/4, 48 pages, saddlestitched
Design & layout of bi-monthly magazine targeted to families in the Pocono Mountains in New York state. Each issue contains helpful home maintenance tips, recipes, child raising information, tips on pet care and local events. The client also requested subscriber emailing through Constant Contact. Additionally, we uploaded the web version to Issuu.com

Original design and layout of a magazine containing entertainment editorial material, such as "How to Plan Your Bar/Bat Mitzvah," "How to Choose a Wedding Photographer," recipes and humor. I also designed many of the ads and coordinated with ad agencies for specs, deadlines, format, etc.
